Darfur...still bad.

A Reuters article on the state of Darfur.  With the situation there devolving even further into chaos than, perhaps, ever, now food shipments to the some 2 and a half million people who have been driven from their homes and are living in displaced persons camps are being raided.  The humanitarian groups supplying food to these displaced persons have been forced to cut rations nearly in half due to these raids, and many Darfuris are beginning to suffer from malnutrition.
