An insightful (and by that I mean, correct) article on reactions to
Obama's recent nods to the right (ie, FISA). David Sirota encourages us to hold Obama accountable; to assume his actions speak for his beliefs, and judge him on those actions, rather than making excuses for him. Then, the task is to act accordingly, pressuring Obama to uphold the progressive ideals that won him the nomination in the first place. Writing letters is a good way to start.
